I bought my wife a Neon Luv Touch Mini Mite Vibrator?
It has 4 head attachments but she only like one and as soon as it gets wet in any way the head piece vibrates off. Can this piece be crazy glued on or is there at least another way to make it stick?
Go ahead and glue it.
I have a similar device, and have no idea who came up with the various head attachments - there is one that works, that's all I need. I haven't had a problem with mine coming apart at an inopportune moment, but if it did I wouldn't hesitate to glue that sucker on.
