Electric Heat through the Heat Plus Program - $200 Rebate
(Applies to homes with electric heat as the main source of heat and provides special rates of 4.5 cents per kwh for electric heat from Oct. through May. Requires premium water heater of .92% or better efficiency.)

Premium Water Heater - free to members
Conversion from propane to electric - $50 credit on electric bill
Requires agreement to inspect after installation.  *Must be our premium electric unit.
If purchased elsewhere:  Must be at least 92% efficiency rated - $250 rebate
90 to 91% - $200 rebate
* Does not include installation costs.

Conventional Water Heating
(Less than 90% efficiency rated.) 50 gallon tank.

Ground Source Heat Pumps (GeoThermal Heat Pumps) - $425 per Ton Rebate
(Qualifies for the electric heat plus program rates and rebates also.)

Air-to-Air Heat Pumps - Rebate $175 per Ton
(Units must be at least 13 SEER rating and HSPF of 7.7)
(Qualifies for the electric heat plus program rates and rebates also.)

Energy Star Bonus - Rebate $275 if unit is 14 SEER with HSPF of 8.2 or better

Air Conditioning - Rebate $150 (14 or 15 SEER) $200 (16 SEER or greater)
(Must be 14, 15 or 16 SEER rating and have energy star label and proof of purchase/receipt from dealer if installed by other than Clarke Electric) 

Whole House Air Quality - $50 rebate
Electric Boiler - $250 rebate

High Pressure Sodium Security Lighting - $30 Rebate
(Does not apply to switch controlled lights or leased lighting of $4.50 per month)

Appliance Rebates:
Refrigerator, and Dishwasher- $25 each
Clothes Washer - $50
(All must have the Energy Star label and proof of purchase/receipt from dealer. Dishwasher and clothes washer require electric water heater. Limit one per household)
