Despite ruling, reassessment fight continues
STAUNTON — The lawyer leading the charge to fight Augusta County's reassessments said he is continuing his fight after an Augusta County Circuit Court judge ruled he should be sanctioned and pay a $2,000 fine for bringing forth an unfounded lawsuit.
